Opus LGSS.
Dynamic, innovative –
a different type of
recruitment agency.
Opus LGSS is a joint venture between Opus People Solutions and LGSS, established in January 2017.
We recruit to all temporary and interim positions within Cambridgeshire County Council, Northamptonshire County Council and Milton Keynes Council, with an aim to reduce local authority spend on recruiting temporary workers through external agencies.
We specialise in working with clients to provide cost effective, high quality, end to end recruitment solutions, either directly or via our managed service offering.
We manage every single vacancy for our clients, so candidates registered with us will see jobs days before other agencies are even aware. By registering with us, you’ll have priority over every other candidate at any other agency.
With a particular expertise and heritage in public and not for profit sectors, we have deep insight in how these organisations work which sets us apart in the market.
