“Since Opus took over as the Cambridgeshire County Council temporary worker provider in January 2017, I have seen a huge improvement in the way my temporary worker requests are handled and also the way my temporary staff are looked after. This is largely down to having the Opus team based onsite.

It is very refreshing to have a presence in the Shire Hall headquarters, just a short walk from my office. This is something we have severely lacked previously and the fact that we have the team onsite helps in a number of ways.
