Opus People Solutions is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of Services4Schools for several permanent Regional HR Consultants following a period of continual growth.
Services4Schools provides professional and high-quality business support services across the country to schools and academies/MATs. The HR service is highly regarded and an integral part of the business. The delivery of HR, and how it was traditionally provided to schools, is changing, this presents an exciting opportunity to join a Company that aims to reshape and improve what’s on offer to schools and academies/MATs, so that they can help contribute to improving outcomes for children.
Head office is based in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands with ‘hub offices’ across the Country.
We are seeking Regional HR Consultants in the following locations:
– Essex / Suffolk – home based role with travel to schools and academies in Essex and Suffolk
– Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire – office-based role in Aston Clinton with some home working and travel to schools and academies
– South Yorkshire / North Derbyshire – 2/3 days in the office in Eckington, occasionally working in the Rotherham office with some home working and travel to schools and academies
– West Midlands – Home based role, working from the Wolverhampton office once a week and travel throughout the West Midlands to schools and academies
This is a high-profile HR consultancy role, you will work autonomously managing a portfolio of cases for schools and academies, providing HR guidance on a variety of employee relation issues. Your role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with headteachers, school business managers and governing boards and will be expected to advise and resolve people management issues within the legal framework in relation to an education setting.
